Lone Star Awards was established in 2000 by Keith and Patty Couch. Patty was already well vetted in the awards industry with over 20 years of experience. Keith was serving the Austin area as a law enforcement officer. He and Patty embarked on a new adventure together and started what has become one of the most trusted and reliable sources for awards and trophies in central Texas.
The Family tradition continues as their nephew, Ethan, manages and runs day to day operations. Patty remains the heart and soul of the company, joined by her faithful little canine, “Zip”, our mascot. His job is to meet and greet customers. Working together for over a decade, providing quality customer service, with attention to detail and pride in everything we do, we are here to help you appreciate people for a job well done.

Keith has returned to law enforcement, currently serving as an investigator for Travis County. With strong ties to the community, our family is proud to assist the Austin area. We have several family members in the emergency services, including son, Jacob, who is serving as Fire Marshall for ESD 1.
We’re honored to support our community, especially those in law enforcement, fire, and medical. We enjoy giving back, volunteering time, donating awards, and even partnering with fire and law enforcement agencies to help fund-raise for events in the community. One particularly close to our hearts is the Annual Dell Children’s Fishing Event. Organized by our son-in-law Chris Roberts and Cody Greaney, bringing the great outdoors to brave kid’s at the Dell Children’s Hospital for the past 8 years. We’ve enjoyed providing trophies for kids and serving where we can.
